A free pilot. Then $600 a year.

One flat price per school, with no per-family fees. We help with setup and support you by email during the pilot.

  1. Choose a group. Try one class or year group for six to eight weeks, free.
  2. Choose your organisers. Name a PTA lead and parent moderators. Agree any school permissions needed before inviting families; we help with setup.
  3. See if it helps. Check whether families use it, read notices, and reply to events before deciding what comes next.

Before you start

Can a PTA run it on its own?

Yes. A PTA can lead a parent-community pilot and manage invitations, with parent volunteers moderating posts. Agree any school permissions and data arrangements before starting. School or district approval is needed for school-managed records or an official rollout.

Do parents need another app?

Noticeboard works in a phone browser. Parents can also add it to their home screen.

Who can join?

Joining requires a community invite code and a verified email. There are no student accounts or ads. Read our privacy policy for details.

What happens after the free pilot?

The standard price is $600 per school per year, with no per-family fees. The six-to-eight-week pilot is free. There is no automatic paid renewal; agree on continuing before any billing starts.
